Despite our late arrival, they gladly provided extra sheets for the foldable bed, even at 1 am. The employees at this establishment are very kind-hearted. I will definitely be staying here again.
The rooms are dirty and in very poor repair. There are missing knobs on the dressers, the refrigerator is dirty, and there were stains on the pillowcases. There were cigarette burns on the bedclothes and the toilet seat was either very dirty or very old. There were dead insects in the light fixtures and cigarette ash on the stairs. The shower button was broken and couldn't be turned off, even by the manager. After moving to three different rooms, we finally had a decent stay for the last two nights. The manager offered to refund our first night's stay due to the issues, but when we checked out, the bill had not been adjusted. The manager never called as promised, and when we called, we were told we would not get a refund. This place is a total disaster, they lie and cheat.
The prices at this restaurant are quite high compared to other places in Colombia. I believe it would have been more affordable had it been located in North Myrtle Beach. However, the staff is very polite.
I was here with my ten-year-old granddaughter. we went into the room, and I observed that the drapes and bed spreads were dated and very drab. I wanted to live with it, but then I went to the bathroom. it was dirty. there was a half inch of dirt and dust on the floor panels. the toilet seat was broken and on the floor \n n we immediately went to the reception. the woman there looked at me with a flat, medium expression. okay, I was expecting something like the norm, as I apologize. I got you another room she said. there are other hotels on this street. go there. they get their money within about 3 days back they looked at us with abstention. I wanted my money back then because I think I felt what would happen. I called priceline to ask for a refund. they had to call the hotel to check that I had not stayed there. I must have called a dozen times. each time the hotel told them that the manager wasn't there and they had to call back. I asked for my money back. they said there was no way to do it. it was their iron-slatt policy. I had continued trying to get my money back. it will not happen. what I decided to write detailed reviews to warn people about this place I had forgotten to say that on the way back to the reception, there were many people standing around. a door was wide open and it looked like people were living there. I felt uncomfortable.
We booked this hotel for one night. But we couldn’t stay in a room infested with bed bugs. The staff didn't help us at all. Due to the unsanitary condition of the hotel, we had to sleep in our car. The front desk said he would have the manager call to resolve this issue but never did.
