Dunkin' - Lisbon

The staff is excellent when they follow instructions, but otherwise, I will not return as it is a waste of money to receive everything except for what you ordered.

I consistently order the same coffee at this restaurant, and it always meets my expectations. Shanda provides excellent service and makes my morning trips to Dunkin Donuts enjoyable. Special thanks to the staff member who prepares my coffee. Overall, Dunkin is the best choice for coffee. I give it two thumbs up.

The lady at the front counter emerged from the restroom wearing a plastic glove. My fiancé was treated poorly and eventually asked to leave after requesting that the employee wash her hands and put on a new glove. This behavior exhibited very poor work ethic.

Great service, everything was clean, comfortable seating area, great to sit down and do work. Nice outside views.

Simply ordered a carmel macchiato with whip cream. the cup was half full and the rest pfeifte and he can't even drink it and now I have the worst taste in my mouth.
