Bidrage med feedbackRestaurant seem to be clean, and the pizza was very good, unfortunately when I ask for a Ultimate Supreme with no onions, extra sauce,.....they told me they cannot modify the pizza and I have to buy it the way it is. I couldn't believe it, and when I told the cashier that I worked for the company for 5 years at District Manager and explained to her the way how Caesar vision system worked, she apologized and then she did modify the pizza. But if I haven't tell her anything she wouldn't do it, I am wondering how many customers had to buy the same pizza the way it is. Got my pizza, with no extra sauce. Very disappointed!
Waiting experience was very poor.Don't know the reason why you have drive through, we ended up walk back inside. Doesn't make any sense!
We pre ordered in the app so our pizza was ready for us to pickup. We showed up on the time that app said which was 6:35. I walked in and no one said nothing to me. The General manager Malissa just looked up at me and said nothing. I waited for 5 mins before another employee from the back of the store came up and asked if I had been helped as the general manager again said nothing! I said I have been waiting for my pizza she asked the name I gave it to her and she asked the general manager where my order was. Melissa said idk and turned away!!! After that the employee said just a second and walked to the back and I didn’t see her again. General manager Malissa proceeded to ignore me! I waited another five mins and asked Melissa how much longer and she said idk another min!!! I have now been in the store almost 15mins at this point then she hands me my order and doesn’t give me everything I ordered! I had to correct her on our order! I am sorry as a general manager you need to have a batter attitude and be a better manager of customers!!! Little Caesars we will NOT go back to this location ever again! And you should probably retrain General Manager Malissa on people skills and how to treat your customers!!! Very disappointed if I could give stars I would!
I ordered a pepperoni most bestest and I got a regular hot and ready. I even told the cashier and she claimed it was a pepperoni most bestest.... not on my watch. You guys need to do better.
How do you as a pizza place say “we don’t do custom orders past 9:00.” you close at 10? so does that mean you just give out pizzas that have been sitting out for an hour or longer. disgusting. obviously lazy staff with a bad attitude as well. we asked for a fresh pepperoni since it was such struggle to make a fresh half cheese half pepperoni even tho we got here at 9:15. you close in 45 mins. if you can make a fresh pepperoni you can spare it and make a fresh half and half. like huh? anyways just weird policyEDIT: ok literally disgusting. i couldn’t even finish the pizza. you could tell after we asked for a fresh pizza that they just ran an old pizza thru the oven really fast again so it would seem more “fresh”. NOW i am sick from the pizza because the “fresh” cheese was so sticky and definitely frozen before or had been sitting out for an hour or more. how does this place stay open that is so hazardous. just avoid this place
