Fuji Sushi Grill - Liberty

I absolutely adore onion soup, but unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet my expectations for it. The soup was oily and lacked flavor, so I would recommend trying something else instead. On the bright side, the hibachi dishes were fantastic. I had scallops and filet, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The fried rice was decent, but I wish it had more vegetables instead of just eggs and onions. The atmosphere only gets 1 star from me because it was uncomfortably hot inside, making it difficult to enjoy my meal. I'm not sure if I'll return since there's another restaurant I prefer, but I'm glad I gave this place a try.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious! We had our meal delivered during lunchtime. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Las Vegas Roll, Salmon Roll, and Sashimi dishes.

I was a bit disappointed in our experience. The guy cooking was nice and put on a decent show, but nothing else was really that good. The food was bland. It really had no flavor at all. Service was really slow. The restaurant was cleaner than some other similar restaurants (Tokyo on Barry is SO FILTHY). Overall, it was really expensive for what we got and we will choose a different place next time we want this kind of experience. Food: 2
