Goodwood Lexington

The chicken and waffles were excellent, with huge portions. The beer selection is consistently impressive, although it’s a bit disappointing to see low-quality mass-produced light beer on the menu at a brewery. I’m deducting one star solely because of the location; it's quite dull and lacks excitement. It doesn’t have the vibe of a distinctive brewery, more like a restaurant in a strip mall. The Goodwood in Frankfort, on the other hand, offers the best views and atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness is a strong point, featuring a relaxed and casual atmosphere that's perfect for families. As for accessibility, the entire space is on one level, with double doors that are not too heavy, making it easy to enter. The open patio is also accessible, and I was able to use a stroller throughout the entire building without any issues.

I visited the location in Lexington and had a disappointing experience. I was surprised when we stood in plain sight for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Once we finally got a cramped booth, we ordered the jumbo wings, but they definitely weren't jumbo and lacked any flavor. The french fries tasted freezer burnt, and while they attempted to add seasoning to them, it just didn’t work on cold fries. Overall, it was not a great dining experience.

They made my favorite buffalo dipped fried chicken for my salad. Kennedy, our server was super. Keep up the good work.

We came here, from out of town, and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The server gave us many great recommendations from the menu and the ones we got did not disappoint! Next time we are in town we will absolutely return! The food was great...the service was great...and we liked the atmosphere.
