HELIOPARK Hotels & Alpentherme Leukerbad

Eigentlich sind wir nicht die typischen Gäste die in ein so elegantes Restaurant gehen. Wir hatten aber via ALDI ein Arrangement gebucht, worin ein 4-Gang-Nachtessen enthalten war. Wir wurden bestens und super freundlich bedient und bewirtet. Die Gerichte waren hübsch präsentiert und Alles schmeckte vorzüglich.

En entrant dans la chambre sans charme ni couleur, une odeur de vieillot. La moquette tachée à plusieurs endroits. Lorsque l'on allume la salle de bain, la ventilation provoque un bruit d'Airbus. De surcroît, la grille est complétement obstruée par la saleté (peu ragoutant quand on se douche). La pomme de douche bruyante, le lavabo et la robinetterie endommagés, le siège du cabinet avec plusieurs taches encastrées. Bref, à peine un 2 étoiles. Quelle honte pour l'hôtellerie suisse (niveau qualité-prix, nul). En conclusion à déconseiller fortement !!!

Every morniing during our stay we had our breakfast served at Maison Blanche. While walking by tunnel we used to smell a freshly backed bread and pastries. Good variety of food would not get you bored of having the same over and over. I really like the coffee machine which could produce different kind of coffee by just pressing the right button. Also the coffee bins would be freshly grounded each time. It would give your coffee a special aroma. Just simply outstanding quality and service.

1.i stayed in family room. Room was little small and old building but it ok better thing is beautiful Mountain view from room and After 4 hour long drive from Basel. i feel relaxed and Hotel staff was nice.2. (Parking)=Very difficult to find the hotel parking at the snow time where difficult to drive and it very complicate for unknown person to find hotel parking i park my car in another Hotel where it find parking at Chf-12 per night.3. Hotelpool indoor and out was fabulous it make us very good feeling and very nice view from outer pool, it really awesome, in my family room Mini bar was amazing with full of 2 wine 1 cola 2 beer, 4 mineral water with snack & chocolate was Gr88, thank you for the welcome drink.4.(Room)yes room was little old and less space for family without Balcony better when their also balcony happen.But not bad .5.Morning Breakfast was superb and rest was soo beautiful and big around more then 150 people can sit without any problem and good decorated.6.Reception people was so nice and kind and helpful the Man work at reception had help me out to Manage and bind my car wheel winterketten(chain) in my car iam very thankful to him.unfortunately we stay only 1 night in weekend but miss this place a lot and happy to visit over their and hope we coming soon again in sommer and suggest all our friend to this hotel and Next time hope we staying longer.Best regard umed singh

The breakfast buffet offers fresh breads, fruits, mueslis, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes - did I forget something?
