Onion Grill Flamingo - Lethbridge

Overall, the Flamingo is a great spot for pub food. The service is excellent, and I really like the seating area by the fireplace. Food: 4/5.

The music was terrible and remained too loud even after I asked them to turn it down. They also ran out of Richard's Red. The meal itself was good, and the service was attentive. It's just a shame about the disappointing background music. Food: 4/5.

The food was excellent, and the beer specials were even better. However, our waitress left much to be desired. She accidentally pressed the wrong button and ended up charging us almost double the amount for the specials, and didn’t offer an apology. We tipped her $10 before noticing the error on the receipt (the total was over $65), and she didn’t even acknowledge our tip with a thank you. We'll give it another shot, but hopefully, we'll have a different server who can provide a better experience.

This place is half lounge half restaurant. Flamingo is the other half. It's fairly dark and fairly dated but kept clean in good repair. There for supper but was empty at 6pm. Food was cooked alright and service was good. I do belive that what's hurting this place is definitely the prices are high for where, and what the place is. No great value here. Really nothing for kids to draw in families. Bring back some of the pre covid of the classics like pastas, lasagna drop the price a couple bucks will make all the difference.Wheelchair accessibility: It's possible to access but will be a bit of a challenge, mostly with doors

Holly served us and kept us entertained the whole night. After what looked like a really busy night she still made sure to be attentive with our service. Everyone else u hire in the future should learn from her how to do it and she needs a gigantic raise cuz she offers the same level of service every time we come here.
