Bidrage med feedbackI had delivery for two chicken Alfredo pastas, which I've ordered before and they'd been perfect with enough Alfredo sauce. I couldn't drive tonight because I'm on pain meds for a bulged disc and I have a bad cold. They delivered me two pastas with barely any Alfredo sauce, then they refused to refund me since I paid cash, only offered a credit which after todays experience I won't even order from them again. Especially when they said for their mistakes they would make me pay extra for just a regular amount of pasta sauce , and pay another delivery fee to get it delivered when I literally already paid for delivery and who charges for a decent amount of sauce for chicken Alfredo? They need to get their customer service together, I feel robbed of my money right now. They literally tried to argue saying I should have know to add extra sauce, that I should have paid for extra to begin with when I've knowingly ordered this exact same dish around a month ago and it had a decent amount of sauce, I didn't have to add extra then, and I don't necessarily want extra I just want it to have enough as a pasta should, like more than what they gave which is barely any at all. It was barely covered and I'm not being unreasonable.
For starters, if you get assisted by Giselle I guarantee you, you’ll leave with a satisfying order. She was extremely patient since our order came out extremely complicated when we didn’t intend to. Mind you I study at sac state and I just got out from taking a late night midterm and decided to treat myself with my favorite pizza. Giselle manage to get my order out in a decent time and was extremely nice! Probably one of the best customer service I’ve experienced yet. A big thank you to Giselle!
I had a wonderful experience here! One of my pizzas was remade, and I don't mind waiting for a better pizza. My car ended up breaking down right outside and one of the delivery drivers came out and gave me a jump. Plus the pizza was really good! No complaints from me.
Pizza is super good. Medium for $6.99. Well worth it.
This is the first review I have ever written. On December 30th I ordered a pizza, multiple ranch dips a liter. When it was delivered to my home I received no soda, no ranch my pizza was missing toppings. all things I paid extra for. I called this location told them about them issues with my order, very nicely an older woman told me we would be able to get a free pizza to compensate this order. I asked her for her name but here now, I cannot recall it the only details i remember about her was that she was older, broken english and her name start w a J. Today January 10th at 6:45pm I called to redeem my pizza, I spoke to a man named Edwin. VERY rude, combative, and overall aggressive in tone. I told him our situation he told me there was no service notes under my phone number. He told me he couldn’t do anything for me with out a receipt and that i needed to go to the store. as you can imagine i never received a receipt. i didn’t receive half of the things i ordered that night. i was most definitely not given a receipt. This was an in app order. Once I told him this and his original aggravated demeanor turned from truly annoyed to aggressive mean even raising his voice there was no room for compromise with him. A complete lack of professionalism, after I asked for a corporate number he hung up in my face. He claimed to be a manager. I certainly hope not.
