Jack In The Box - Lemon Grove

Very incompetent employees. Had to repeat a simple order 3 times before they understood. They then didn't have my order correct at all at the window. Then waited out front 20 mins and no one brought my food. Never coming back to this location the employeesare incompetent

Been here a couple of times and the same thing over and over very rude customer service. The food is horrible and we go to all of Jack in box in San Diego and we get excellent service but this one right here there kids and the manager that?s there isplaying around with them obviously this Jack in the box doesn?t care what we say due to the fact that there are no good reviewson here. Am really surprised that this one is still open something needs to be done. Please don?t go to this Jack in the box,very unprofessional and rude, the food is horrible. Needs to have 0 stars

After 11:00 food is not that great but what would you expect it's the only thing that's usually open being that is Jack in the box some in the area may be closed depending on the days Sunday some seem to close earlier some are 24 hours

This place is horrible. I?ve visited a few times in the past 3 months and the service is awful. This time I ordered chicken strips, which are delicious when I get the ones I ordered, but grossly overpriced. I didn?t. I received spicy and I did notorder spicy I ordered honey mustard sauce and received none. The order was taken by a young lady sitting outside with a bootlegcard reader that told me I would receive a receipt at the window. I received no receipt. I called twice, no answer. I have notreceived a call back. Not really expecting one. The answered message was not identified as Jack in the Box. Just a genericmessage saying to leave a message. BUT THIS IS A BUSINESS. Really SAD.

This store sucks! They mess our order in drive-thru. I went into the store and to get the order straightened out, but no success. We were over charged. I talked to some kid with color hair. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that their nomanager there at moment cause I ask them to refund me and re-do the order correctly and get charge correctly. Plus I don't thinkthat Jack is hungry for money.
