I always feel more comfortable knowing that I’m at a restaurant that is vegan, and Symbiose has the added advantage of being organic too. I visited on a Sunday so was treated to the buffet brunch which included a range of salads, falafels,...homemade hummus and sauces, couscous etc... as well as pancakes and cakes. The food was fresh and super good and the atmosphere and staff were refreshing. Definitely recommend to vegans and non-vegans alike!

Great concept, very nice personal, pleasant atmosphere and delicious, beautiful teller! the kartoffels were great! for me personally, the appetizer could have been a bit more spicy and sharper, but this is certainly a taste.
