This is the best BBQ place in Birmingham! The sandwiches are always loaded with plenty of meat, the ribs are perfectly cooked, and the sauce is so good that you could drink it by the cup—I know I have!

Absolutely fantastic! The meat is incredibly tender and packed with flavor. I ordered the pulled pork plate, which was more than enough for three sandwiches. The baked beans with apples were among the best I've ever tasted.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant twice, and I must say, their brisket is the best I've tasted in Alabama—on par with my favorites from Texas. It has just the right amount of smokiness, top-notch meat, a rich mop sauce, and it's incredibly tender. The chicken is equally remarkable; it's juicy, flavorful, and very tender. I particularly appreciate that the chicken breast is sliced thin instead of pulled, which is my preference. The BBQ beans, enhanced with apples, offer a unique and delicious twist. Although the service is friendly, it can be a bit slow for a food truck.

The barbecue in St. Clair is absolutely the best and freshest around! Every penny spent is worth it. The staff is extremely friendly, and the owner makes you feel like part of the family. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
