I adore their French fries and sweet tea !! And the simple cheese burgers. But they have taken things off the menu that we all loved! Their Fried apple pies ! Southern style chicken sandwich!. Or the different sizes of a Big Mac. That's why I gave it a 3. I also gave the service a 3. They always seem like they hate their jobs. It comes out in their food. Service: Takeaway

I was waiting at curbside pick up for awhile until I got a hold of Christian and told him what was going on and he handled with the utmost professional courtesy. Thanks dude! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I don't normally give one star reviews, because I think most of the time they're unfair. This time, McDonald's earned it, or should I say the manager earned it. I ordered food to pick up at the drive-thru through the app, but I didn't get to the drive-thru until a few minutes after 10:30. They absolutely refused to give me any food, and when I asked the manager about how I get my money back, all I got was rude comments and attitude. I had to take it up through the customer service channels with the corporate office. I will absolutely not spend another dime at that particular location. You probably shouldn't either.
