Bellacino's Pizza Grinders - Lebanon

The restaurant was quite dirty, with the dining area not having been cleaned for hours, and the beverage station was even worse. We waited 45 minutes for our pizzas, while other customers who ordered after us received theirs 15 minutes before us. There was no explanation or discount for the long wait. I approached the counter twice to inquire about our pizza, and each time I was told it would be just a few more minutes. Additionally, the crust was very flat. To make matters worse, we drove half an hour specifically to dine here, having passed by several other pizza places on the way, hoping for a special experience. Unfortunately, after this visit, we are uncertain if we would return given the issues we encountered tonight.

The grinders are fantastic! They're packed with meat and vegetables and are simply delicious. We also really enjoy the pizza here. This is one of our favorite restaurants to visit!

We waited 30 minutes for our pizza and dessert pizza, despite the restaurant being empty and having four staff members present. When our food finally arrived, it was served on a pizzeria board. The pizza was excessively greasy, and the dessert pizza looked rather unappetizing. To make matters worse, we could hear the employees in the open kitchen complaining about customers while we ate.

Great place for pizza and subs. The pizza had very fresh ingredients and the big pizza was bigger than what you would get at the chain pizzas. Friendly staff and a great restaurant for your family dining experience. I'll be back to try more menu items.

They put a coupon with local football team and unless you order a specific specialty pizza you can?t use the coupon. I just spent my last $75 in this place. Ownership and management do not empower their leaders to make any judgement. The manager was indifferent that I won?t be back. I own my own business and I train my leaders how to keep customers. We?ll see if the owners even care enough to call back or reach out.
