I have been to Angelo's many times, but the past times I have been there have not been good experiences.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. I've been a customer for years, and they consistently get my order wrong. I've had to return twice to retrieve forgotten items, and each time there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant—clearly their staff is not properly trained.

I’m updating my review because the service has become extremely slow. I called ahead for a pickup order, but still ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes at the restaurant for my food. I can understand delays when it's busy, but there were hardly any customers, and it was evident that the staff were not in a hurry. My last two visits have been disappointing, so I won’t be returning.
