Burger King - Laurel

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered a chicken wrap, a chicken sandwich, and a kids' meal, but after 30 minutes, my order still hadn't arrived. I asked for a refund, but they didn't want to give me a full refund. I will never return to this location. I don't understand how it's still in business. The experience was so bad, I was tempted to lose my temper. I came in in a good mood, but left feeling extremely angry. Service: Dine-in

I recently tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper and it was a great choice! The burger was very satisfying and had a delicious beef flavor. I opted for takeout and had it for lunch. The price per person was between $10 to $20. I would rate both the food and service a 5 out of 5 and the atmosphere a 4. I highly recommend trying the Whopper.

The food was not hot when we received it, so we had to bring it back to request that it be reheated. The takeout service was rated 1, while the service overall received a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

The managers at this location should be cautioned and properly trained how to talk to their junior employees in front of customers, if they don’t want to be accused of malicious behavior on their junior staff. It’s not right to ask a junior employee to clock out early because they were moving slow and making mistakes on a task they were never trained on especially after they told the manager that they had never been trained on it. Then they feel it’s okay to yell at them in the presence of their colleagues. That explains why this location is always short staffed. Please don’t allow your teenagers to work at this location if you can help it
