The Loading Dock - Laughlin

I would give them zero stars if I could. We stayed at the hotel while passing through and decided to eat at the restaurant. After a long wait, we were finally seated, but the hostess seemed overwhelmed. Our waitress took our order, dropped off our drinks, and then disappeared. She didn't return until it was time to bring us the bill, as she was busy chatting with friends at another table. Yes, you read that right. Someone else brought our meals, and I had to flag down another waiter for straws and to refill our tea from a waitstation where we found a pitcher. Meanwhile, our waitress was still sitting there socializing. When she finally returned with the bill, we were frustrated enough not to leave a tip. The hostess was also absent for some time, which added to our wait. On a positive note, our sandwiches were good. Overall, I would not recommend eating here at all.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff were excellent, with great attention to detail, ensuring the buffet remained tidy and attractive. They were quick to clear away any extra plates, which I appreciated. The food was of high quality for the price, and it's one of the most photo-friendly casino restaurants I've ever visited. They also have a seafood night, which is a great feature. The bar was well-stocked, and the decor was impressive, with tables labeled by docking bay numbers and various themed items hanging from the ceiling. Plus, there are several discounts available through the casino. I would definitely recommend this place!

I visited during Trip Tip night and specifically requested the reddest piece from the roast. Instead, the server sliced off a well-done end and told me that was all they had. I asked to speak with the manager but was informed that he was at the register and I would need to go there to discuss my concerns. I doubt I’ll try the buffet again. If I return to Belle, I think I’ll choose Riverside instead.

The Loading Dock is consistently fantastic; it’s the highlight of this location. Unfortunately, the rest of the place is declining, especially the rooms. I recommend dining here but staying at the Tropicana.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The food and drinks were fantastic, the live music added to the atmosphere, and the view was simply stunning. I spent Easter afternoon there and truly enjoyed every moment.
