I just stayed at the Hard Rock this past weekend and found myself in a nightmare of a situationbut I want to applaud the great customer service of Keita

Staying off the Strip has its disadvantages, at times; but it's cheaper, especially if you're just stopping over for a night or two.

The Hard Rock reached out to me following my first experience and made a genuine effort to make things right.

Lovely ambiance, fresh, flavorful food and good waitstaff. A neighborhood gem. Food was all cooked perfectly and seasoned well.

Such an awesome find here in Dallas, the food is rich and delicious and intense. The upstairs is delightful on a cool breezy day and they have fantastic view. I don't know her name, but the girl with the amazing tattoo is just lovely.
