Rosati's Pizza - Las Vegas Strip

Rosati's is usually great, but my food this time was subpar. My pizza was horrible, and I barely got any fries with my order. Rosati's has always been at the top of pizza spots in town. This experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth for them. After a decade of eating there, it will be a very long time before I go back.

This is not a fast food pizza joint. The pizza is fresh and made when ordered, while waiting you have a great atmosphere to enjoy. I saw the single server manage a large group plus some small tables. Food was good. We had pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and salads all without an issue.

Came in a late night for a carry out pizza. They have a banner that says 24 hours, but the kitchen does close. Even though we showed up 5 minutes after they closed the kitchen, they still made us a pizza. They could have turned us away, but they were happy to still make us a pizza. This is not common these days! The cashier was friendly and got our order going quickly. The pizza was amazing. I ordered cannolis also and they were big, tasty and fresh. I will definitely be back!

I live literally around the corner in the housing community next to the wall of this strip mall. I have never eaten there but I do door dash there semi frequently.Every time I go to this place it is empty, and it takes them an abnormally long time to check to see who I am. It takes a long time to let them know that I am there for a pick up. It takes them an abnormal amount of time to prepare the order.When I look around the place it is well kept. Never walked in and saw clutter anywhere. They always appear to be understaffed, like the counter person is working the front desk and the bar area in the back. It looks like one cook back there, usually, not sure why the cook cannot prepare the order in a reasonable amount of time ?. Maybe the food is extravagant, has long prep time or their technology is slow and they receive digital orders late. From going to multiple places in the area, ? my opinion is that they aren't very fast. Not because they are lazy, but, because it is a local place and people don't mind coming in and hanging out.There is a bar in there that looks real cool and chill. Because I turn the corner right after I pass the business, I see that they have busy nights and chill times. The cars that park in front look like the customers are professional and don't mind coming in and spending. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. They are just not a fast food place, and not a place where you go in and are thrown a bag of food.Two stars might be a little low, but, it is fair because my interactions with them aren't as efficient as I need them to be. I do delivery and the longer I stay the less I make. Speed isn't their thing, so if you're coming because you have time to relax and chill. I would definitely recommend it. I live right around the corner and love this area. Oh... And they have music playing outside 24 hrs. Pretty cool. I recommend

We are obsessed with their thin crust pizza and mozzarella sticks. It is the closest thing to our Chicago pizza. We order their pizza almost every 2 weeks.
