MUST DO! The food was delicious, the wait staff was on it, and the banquette we sat in was perfect.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to! The steaks are delicious and the service is equally amazing. We were running to another event and they were so kind and helpful in ensuring we get food on the table or get packed. Above and beyond service thank you Bazaar!

What a place to behold. From the beautiful hostesses, the attentive service, the appetizing ambience, and of course the out of this world tasting menu, this was an amazing dining experience that I daresay, was the best I've ever had. It was my father's birthday so my brother and I wanted to treat him to the best restaurant LV had to offer. Based on a variety of lists I saw online, it was a toss up between Guy Savoy and Jose Andres Bazaar Meats. Let's get this out of the way now, the restaurant is not cheap if you want the premier experience, but it does offer items that are a la carte that make it easier on the wallet. For this review, we had the expensive tasting menu as well as other items a la carte. The tasting menu was many courses and they were stellar. From the delightful caviar cone, the A5 wagyu cooked on a hot stone, and my liquid nitrogen frozen caipirinha, it was truly a gourmet journey. Be advised, some items were tar tar, but that shouldn't discourage you from being adventurous because the quality and freshness of the ingredients were tippity top. The lobster troubadour was incredible, a dish I haven't seen in decades. The smoked whiskey cocktail, Aladdin, was extraordinary. Now, with all the courses served, some are going to be standout to you while others may be a miss. That's the nature of a tasting course, but it was great and the previous dish really did elevate the next in my opinion. Not a wine person? No problem, the sommelier will spit out the appropriate cocktail or whiskey to pair with your dinner without skipping a beat. Do yourself a favor and try Bazaar Meats. You will not be disappointed.

So we went here hoping to get just a very nice foodie experience with the different cuts of meat but this review is mostly about the service! We informed them of our need to leave very early and got tailored options for the food Skirt steak Vaca tasting menu. The managerial service was so friendly and accommodating, when the meat cuts were taking a little longer they were very accommodating and adjusted the price in our final bill removing it altogether! I was so astounded and humbled by how great the service was! As for the food, the tenderness of the cuts, well seasoned meat options the creamy (but not too creamy) potato puree and the to die for potato straws I was in food heaven. My only regret was the time commitment I had, if I had my way I would spend a lot of time there trying food. If this is on your Vegas list, it is a must visit.

Beyond anything we expected or imagined. Cannot wait for Bazaar Mar to open. We took out of town guests here and we were all left speechless and so so full and happy. Leave room for dessert. The cocktails are outstanding.
