Lantana Pizza

Just found a long dark hair under the melted cheese in my baked ziti special after I ate 1/2 my meal. To me that means the person who prepared my food, either didn't have their hair up or was not wearing a hair net. Now very turned off.

My Wife and I never are disappointed, it just gets better every time for us. Staff are pretty much the coolest ladies you can get for servers anywhere. Not just pizza though excellent selection of tasty Italian other meals. Ample seating. Full bar. Not over priced. Great discount for many lunch choices.

I ordered a grilled chicken sub from Lantana Pizza and me and my coworker split the sub in half. Upon eating my portion of the sub I noticed that the dressing was missing. I called Lantana Pizza because I was upset and now I had to eat a dry sub. When I called them she offered to deliver it but I said it was too late I'm already on my lunch I don't get another lunch and I wanted to let them know of their error. While eating my dry sub when I was about to take my final bite I noticed curly hair embedded into the cheese sticking out of the sub bread. When I got off work I went to Lantana Pizza and I told the cashier what happened as I was telling the cashier what happened this blonde Italian lady walked up behind me grab my Styrofoam togo plates took the bag looked me up and down upset and said come over here it's not nice to talk like that in front of customers (She made it seem like I was talking loud so everyone could here!! she was very rude!! When she did that yes I raised my voice a bit, Then she told me to go outside because she didn't want her customers to know how hair was in my food. She said yeah after you ate the whole sub now you want your money back. I told her I want my money back because there's hair in my food. She said she would give me my money back and never come back. I told her it was fine because I already told the cashier on the phone that I would never come back! She never gave me my money back and lied to the manger saying I was rude and loud from the being. She also had the audacity to say that it was my hair. The hair that was embedded into the cheese was black curly hair. My hair is not black my hair is a red burgundy color and straight!!!!!!!!! The audacity of this woman!!!! I've never had someone just lie so boldly in front of my face and be very disrespectful to me!! That really bothered and angered me so much!! in the end I didn't get my money back but will dispute charges on my credit card! The Italian woman with the blonde hair which I didn't get her name was very very very nasty! Horrible human being. Horrible! How do I know that no other foreign objects was in the Sub! They should wear hairnets to ensure this doesn't happen again!
