I had to keep going to find our waitress for drink refills, as she wasn't very attentive in checking on us.

Lex was an excellent server! The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

I made a reservation at BJ's through OpenTable for 6:30 PM, and I received a confirmation email. However, when I checked in at the hostess desk at that time, I was informed that there would be a one-hour wait. I explained to the hostess that I had a confirmed reservation, but she told me it wasn't considered a reservation through OpenTable. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this issue when booking through that app. If BJ's isn’t actually honoring reservations made via OpenTable, they should remove themselves from the platform. This reflects poor management at the restaurant.

Not great. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait for our reserved table. Meals came out at different times and were incorrect. We sent my niece’s soup back, which was supposed to be soup in a bread bowl. After a long wait we said to just bring the soup without the bread bowl. My well done burger came to the table very raw. I ended up asking the waiter to just bring me a box so I could take it home to microwave it. What a disappointing meal.

The food was good, the waiter was absolutely superb. He did an excellent job of taking care of our table and certainly anticipated when we needed something. The noise level made it hard to hold a conversation with my fellow diners. I did think the drinks were quite expensive, but quite good as well.
