Bidrage med feedbackSave your money. Not only did they go 20 minutes past the time of pick up, they ignored in store customers for pick up or ordering. They were more concerned about skip the dishes orders. Than I try and call to get a full refund for my order, and their phone is no longer in service. How can a company run without a phone line for customers to contact them. I have emailed head office as I expect a refund for my order and I'd like anyone else to not waste their time or money on such an establishment that doesn't care enough for customers to be able to reach them about what horrible service and product is being produced. The mexi fries were undercooked and cold. The other food was like pureed food thrown on a wrap soaked in water. Absolutely terrible.
This used to be my all-time favorite restaurant when I felt in the mood for Mexican style food. Granted not everyone agreed with me about them being amazing, but I stuck by them. Recently though, I made an online order and when I went to pick it up they were already closed. I figured the money would just go back on my card, but I was billed for the food I didn't receive. Now I tried calling to rectify the situation and even left a message, but no one got back to me. I contacted them on Facebook Messenger and they asked me to email them about the situation, to include my receipt, and that they'd have someone contact me as soon as possible. I did all of that and still haven't heard anything about getting my money back or receiving my food. At this point it's not even about the money it's the principal of the thing. You shouldn't take money for services not rendered and product not received.
Ordered online for pickup last night, paid, drove down.. store closed.. 2 full hours before its listed hours of operation on google and the TT website. It is currently 2 hours after the listed opening time and theres no answer to my calls. How can you possibly run a business this way?
Missing the caramel sauce for my churros and missing a hard taco from my order. It is called Taco Time, but I was missing my taco. Going to have to try to ring the Taco Bell.
Food was just like taco time. For that is normal. The high light was the friendly cashier, I didn’t get his name, but I remember he had some piercings. This person is what customer service should be. Thank you
