I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went with a friend in the evening specifically for their Mexican menu, hoping for a decent burrito at a reasonable price. The ambiance was nice, with candles on the tables and Mexican music playing in the background. However, the service was slow despite just ordering two burritos. When the burritos arrived, they were much smaller than expected and lacking in ingredients like guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce, and sour cream. The meat was also sparse and lacked any spice, even though I ordered spicy chicken. The value for money at £6.95 was poor. The staff did try to make up for the slow service by offering us potato wedges, but by that point, we were unimpressed with the whole experience. We hoped dessert would be better and ordered churros with melted chocolate pot and coffee cinnamon dust. Unfortunately, it did not come with an actual coffee and the churros were bland and not freshly made. Overall, the service was good, but the portions were small, the price/quality balance was off, and the food was lacking in flavor.

Love to get a vegan meal here, tastes wonderful and always nice to come here as they are very friendly.

Sultan is the perfect place for chips after a night or for a freky falafel warp (the really good btw the staff is so friendly and accommodating. they understand what is vegan when and when they ask for the vegan options.
