The Thai - Lancaster

This place is conveniently located across the street from the metrolink station-definitely a great place to kill some time waiting for your bus or train. I have to say that the service was top-notch and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. They accommodated my food allergies. My only issue is that the shrimp pad Thai I ordered was not very authentic. It was overly sweet, saucy, and “ketchupy.” I admit that I am picky about my pad Thai, but it should be the one dish a that restaurant should do right. With that said, I give three stars. I will update my review as I try other things on the menu. Stay tuned. Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my food allergies.

I ordered chicken Pad Thai to go. I got a huge portion of noodles with chicken crumbles, some sliced tofu, and probably 1/2 Tbsp of superfine carrot shreds. No green onion, no chopped peanuts, no bean sprouts, no lime wedge. Not much flavor. Over $16 for about $2 worth of food. Wow!

The food was good. I enjoyed it. I appreciate the service.
