L'Absolue - Lalevade-d'Ardèche

We went to this restaurant, whose looks do not pay a mine, a little late in the evening and we were very nicely welcomed. We were served a homemade meal with very good quality fresh products.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Les plats de filet mignon sont délicieux, parfaitement assaisonnés, les frites maison sont un pur délice! Je recommande vivement ce restaurant! De plus, pour du fait maison, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Since the restaurant's reopening, I noticed a big change. I've come several times before I liked it, but it's no longer the case. There's too many dogs hanging out on the deck to beg at your feet, and there's no hygiene. I found dog or cat hair on my plate and hair. So I didn't finish my dish. It disgusted me because I attach a lot of importance to hygiene. the waitress is not very competent to let itself easily overflow, not very reactive. We'd have to change this. I'm really disappointed. I used to love a lot.

I really want to recommand that restaurant in which my family and I had an excellent diner. Fresh French food. Some local plate as caillette and all are delicious. Fast service, local food, local people, delicious plate and a lot of smiles... GO THERE!
