We have been to Salt+ many times and we 've always enjoyed the food and service. It 's been fresh and high-quality, well worth the price. The majority of our meal this night was very good, but we were also very disappointed in two of the dishes. I don 't recall being disappointed with any dish in the past... The grilled prawns, beets, grouper (amazing! , Wagyu skirt steak, and smoked pork tenderloin were wonderful! However, the crispy artichokes were disappointing. We expected fresh artichokes, but instead we were served briny, canned or bottled artichokes. We looked forward to the goat cheese cheesecake for dessert, expecting a wedge of cheesecake. Instead, we were brought this tiny, preformed graham cracker shell filled with a minuscule amount of whipped goat cheesecake filling. Huge disappointment! When the server had asked how things were I expressed that we were expecting a slice of cheesecake. She explained that it was a no-bake cheesecake. That should 've been on the menu. I would never have ordered it if I knew it was a no-bake cheesecake. The filling had a good flavor, but not the texture nor type we expected. Please consider updating your dessert menu to include the words No bake to the description. I hope the new business ventures don 't interfere with the exceptional quality Salt+ has been known for.

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We travel to Ohio once a year to visit family and Salt+ is always a place we visit. 15/10 creative, delicious and always changing. The cocktail I got was so good! And the Calamari, Wagyu Clams became instant favorites! These are small plates so the cost is higher but the food is amazing!!! If you go with two people you'll have to order between 3 and 4 plates.
