Red Lobster - Lake Ronkonkoma

Disappointed in our experience at Red Lobster tonight. The server gave us an attitude after we asked about a drink coupon. Then the fries for the kids came out barely covering the plate, almost as if half of the fries were taken off. I ordered a surf and turf with medium as the meat temp, and it came out well done. The server never applied the drink coupon, and I had to rush out as my son had some random allergic reaction to something in the food.Probably the last time I’m going to this place.

Red lobster is not someplace that I go all of the time, but when I do the service is always on point and the food,especially the biscuits are consistently good!

The food was great and had a great time with the family.

The server I had was amazing today. Amanda was almost. I went here with my family, and everything was good ,I tried the crab cheese fries, and they weren't the greatest. I didn't complain, but Amanda noticed and asked, and I explained it wasn't the greatest, but I was fine with my bill. Amanda returned with a new bill, taking off the fries, which I never asked her. I definitely appreciate it!She interacted with my family, and she was attentive ,I didn't have to ask for anything she was on it and she has an amazing personality, not to mention she was training someone and still did absolutely amazing!!!Thank you, Amanda M
