Finally a healthy option in the area. Went with the build your own option and it amazing. You clearly taste the high quality ingredients and freshness in every bite. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy meal in the Ronkonkoma area!!

This is the most amazing place to enjoy a wide selection of salads, and you can add quinoa if you prefer. I absolutely love the Tostada Quinoa Bowl, the Beans Salad, and the Cobb Salad – they’re all incredibly tasty. Each order lasts me about 3-4 days, and I usually have them delivered. They also offer wraps, a variety of healthy desserts, and drinks. Give them a try; you won’t regret it!

I ordered the 6 oz Mango Chow, and it was absolutely fantastic—so tangy and just what I was craving! The combination of unripe mangoes, cilantro, onion, and vinegar was perfect. I’ll definitely be ordering this again. For those who know, you know how good it is! The dish was flavorful, and the veggies were fresh. The chicken was well-seasoned, but not overwhelming. This has become my new go-to lunch spot, and the place is really clean too!
