Red Lobster - Lake Magdalene

Good service . Our food was good the only thing is the baked potatoes were not hot just warm. Way too much ice in the sangria.

I got an order to go and this was my sons lobster. Extremely undercooked. Literally looks like an alive lobster. My daughters was too and so was mine. His was definitely the worst though. Hopefully we don’t get sick. My son didn’t eat his because I caught it after I tried mine. I got a partial refund for our meals so that’s cool I guess. I’ve always had good experiences here until this time. Very disappointed.

We had a wonderful waiter called jerry! he was very friendly, respectful and attentive. he made our eating experience very beautiful. Hopefully he gets promoted or gets a very good raise because he deserves it and shows impeccable customer service. eating was very good. for years we have visited red lobster. I didn't cost it for years, but we decided to give it a chance and happy about it. thank you. jerry

The best service I ever had at a red lobster! our waiter nathan was nothing less spectacular. even to bring the clarified butter to a separate plate, so it does not spill over the plate, the crispy fried garnel a soggy measurement. he also explained the hostess, which seemed a little upset at this moment, on the right customer service. he also ensured that he served us a proper dish. too often they can see clearly that the crab is done, but the personal does it anyway? I own a construction business. I wish I had someone like nathan who had an eye on my team. they treat him with red lobster. he is a great representation of her company and brand! if not, I train him to a electrist!
