The Rooftop Cabana - Lake George

This place is not worth your time or money. It's better to find another restaurant in the city with quality food. The service isn't great either. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The menu did not match what we received at all. We ordered pulled pork nachos but instead got tough meat, and when we asked the waiter about it, he claimed it was ground pork as we had ordered.

I had a fantastic experience with the bartender, but unfortunately, the service overall was disappointing. The staff was rude, and they added a gratuity to my bill without informing me when I handed over my card. When I inquired about the higher amount on my receipt, I was met with a sullen attitude, as if they assumed I wouldn't tip. They kept the tip option available but never mentioned that it had already been added. This feels a bit shady to me. I would recommend steering clear of this place.

The restaurant offers a lovely view of the lake and serves delicious casual food. It's a fantastic spot for families with children, and the service is excellent.

I visited for lunch and ordered the coconut shrimp along with a frozen Piña Colada. Everything was delicious! The portion sizes were generous, and the service was both friendly and quick. Additionally, the view of the lake and the beach activities was a lovely bonus.
