Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I truly appreciate Cracker Barrel for its consistent quality.

As always good food. Had the Pancake taco. This is a good addition.

The service was slow, and the food was just average. The changes they've implemented haven't improved the experience.

This was the first time that I have had a poor experience at a Cracker Barrel, and I go often. We were traveling on vacation and this location was close to our hotel. They were out of so many items that they might as well have closed. Out of meat loaf, fried chicken, catfish, all potatoes, carrots, turnip greens, pot pies. Waitress had no empathy for our disappointment. We ordered what we could and when she brought our food to the table, she informed us that they had no bread (biscuits and corn muffins) available until they made some. Green beans were cold,as was hash brown casserole. She never asked us if we wanted refills on our beverages. I love Cracker Barrel restaurants but this one was terrible.

I have never experienced bad food or service at the Cracker Barrel in Lake City, FL.
