Taqueria Estrella Roja - Lagrange

The most delicious, authentic Mexican food. Simple restaurant setup with indoor and outdoor self-seating, very fast and courteous service. Our tacos, tostadas, elote, quesadillas, and horchata were so soooo good.

This place was really good. I loved the al pastor and Carne asada. I'm not a guacamole fan, but the guac was tasty. You can choose between chunky or smooth. The chips were delicious. Both the salsa verse and the salsa roja were tasty and the meats werefreshly grilled. The tortillas were amazing! This is a must stop in La Grange. Drink a few beers (or 6 like me) and get someawesome tacos.

I had a pork al pastor taco and an asada quesadilla, along with some chips and pico de gallo. The food was outstanding and unique compared to your typical Mexican restaurant. Although the location is a bit off the beaten path, I absolutely love the music!

The tacos were amazing! The pork and pineapple combination was really tasty, but my favorite was the chicken taco with zucchini and mushrooms. The chunky guacamole was excellent, and the chips were absolutely addictive!

If you're unsure of what to look for, it’s easy to overlook this place. But wow, what a hidden gem! Without a doubt, it serves the best Mexican food I've ever had in this area. The restaurant was clean, the food was amazing, and the street corn had just the right kick. I can't wait to go back for more. Honestly, this place is going to get tired of me because I plan to visit again and again!
