Sherlaton - Lagos

We started with cheese naan and Mutton Roganjosh, and I can confidently say that their naan is the best we've had in Lagos. The pieces of mutton in the Roganjosh were large and wonderfully flavored. Indian restaurants typically offer great value, and Sherlaton certainly lived up to that expectation. The portions were generous, which satisfied all of us, and we even had leftovers to take home. We also tried the chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani, among other dishes, and everything was fantastic. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Lagos, despite the slightly slow service. The staff were lovely, but do keep in mind that parking can be a bit challenging. The food here is consistently outstanding. They have introduced some new waitstaff, and while the service was good, it wasn't exceptional. However, it's still the best spot in Lagos for enjoying Indian cuisine.

The restaurant offers a delightful mix of Nigerian and Chinese dishes, catering to fans of both cuisines. I can confidently say the food is not just tasty but also affordable. It was my first time there, and it was a memorable experience. I tried the Indian-style jollof rice, accompanied by three different types of naan and two kinds of sauces (lamb and chicken). Although I can't remember the specific names of the dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite!
