The Crushed Tomato Lafayette

This was the 3rd or 4th time we got take-out from the crushed tomato. My husband really likes their calzones. I usually get their cheese steak sub. I like their cheese steak sub, they aren't the best but they are pretty good. What I don't like is, they don't use iceberg lettuce, they use romaine which in my opinion belongs in a salad not on a hot sub. Romaine on a sub is just sad and ruins the sub for me personally. This time I skipped the lettuce and just ordered the sub as is and I enjoyed it. I would have enjoyed it more with iceberg lettuce but I digress.The atmosphere in the restaurant seems to be very relaxing and comfortable. Every time I've been, it seems very chill. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We absolutely loved the fire oven pizza! This was our first time there but definitely not our last! And a shout out to Addison who was absolutely awesome!

Food was good. Prices were decent. Our server was not the nicest at all. In fact would say down right rude with us. That is if she took the time to care. Everything was matter of fact and that’s all. Took our drink order. Walked away without saying anything. Brought the drinks. Took our order, walked away without saying anything. She was nice to us. Only when we went to pay. Gotta get the tip, right? Like everything else in the experience didn’t matter. Picture is of our waitress. The one in the middle.

Today, our server Jade was incredibly sweet! We highly recommend requesting her. The food was also fantastic.

I really liked the ambiance of the restaurant, and the pizza was the best I've had in the area. The staff were friendly and efficient.
