Tacos Ay Ay Ay - Lafayette

It’s the best taco place in Lafayette. Their red salsa reminds me of the salsa in taco stands in Mexico.

Excellent food. I haven't had every item on the menu but I've had a lot of it and I've thoroughly enjoyed everything I have tried. From tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, everything has been excellent. The space is extremely small and while there are a few seats available, it's mainly designed for take out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also very quick. Even when they are full/line going out the door, the service is relatively speedy.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is amazing, the staff at the counter are friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

A Lafayette institution… My all time fav brick and mortar taco spot. Authentic, friendly, fast, fresh.

Pros: staff is always friendly and the food is phenomenal Cons: they need a bigger restaurant! they are constantly busy and need more space
