Cc's Coffee House - Lafayette

That’s really the heart of my frustration: sometimes CC's exceeds expectations, but other times, it’s a letdown. My budget for gourmet coffee isn’t very high, so when I decide to splurge on a special treat, I need it to be reliably good. My heart can't handle the disappointment! That’s why I usually go to other coffee shops around Lafayette that I know will deliver consistent quality. I love you, CC's. I understand you get busy, but come on!

I've ordered the same latte from this location three times in a row, and each time it tastes different. The quality of the drinks here is incredibly inconsistent. It's really disappointing to spend money on a drink only to end up throwing it away because it's so unpleasant.

When she made me a new one, she felt the need to suggest that I should have ordered a different type of coffee. I felt like I was being reprimanded at that moment, which was frustrating. I tried to explain that this is actually my usual order, one that I've had many times at various locations with no issues. Her response felt insincere, and it was clear she was irritated with me. As a result, I’m hesitant to return to this CC's in the future.

What?s the point of paying for a super grande when they just give you a grande size drink in a super grande cup? This location never fills the drinks, and the customer service is subpar

Love this place! Favorite item is the Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie. Super Grande is only 320 Cal. 0 Fat!
