So far the best value for money I have found around Arcachon and i have been here 6 months now. The prices are really decent for a restaurant in Pyla. The 3 course lunch menu was 18,90€ and it was cheaper without dessert or entrance. Yet, we went for main courses for an average 15€. The best magret around here. The fish was also nice. Overall, the food was delicious and it was filling. The setting is also very pleasant. For dessert we asked for a café gourmand for 8,90€ and it was amazing, perfect for two people. I will definitely go back. Tip: you can return the abatilles bottle of water that is set on the table and ask for a free jug of water instead.

If you are reading this and wondering if you should go. First check if you don’t speak French (or a little). If this is the case: DON’T GO! What a horrible service. Seriously. They didn’t event blink an eye at us. The food was like 5,5/10. Super chewy steak and the duck filet was meh. Sitting at the ‘terrace’? No. Sitting at a busy road with cars passing by every second. Please save yourself the effort and check the next restaurant.

A very cozy place, actually bigger than it looks. The food was of great quality (and looked very nice). The staff was very nice and polite. The dishes itself are pretty expensive, so I would recommend taking the menu of the day for 14€.

Everything is delicious in this restaurant. It is a pure homemade fact and the ingredients are carefully chosen from local producers. The welcome is warm and very friendly. I highly recommend this address. My sincere friendships with the boss and all the staff. Estelle.
