Jack In The Box - La Jolla

Out of 2,227 Jack in the Box locations, this one must be the best! It's consistently clean and has a pleasant aroma, with the kitchen always looking spotless. The bathrooms are also impressively clean! However, the most important aspect is that the food here surpasses any other Jack in the Box I've ever visited, and I’ve been a fan for over 50 years! The hamburgers taste better, and the tacos look and taste superior to those at all the other locations! They should have the managers from other locations work shifts here to see how it’s done right! I gladly drove past two other locations just to come here, where they truly excel!

I was ignored when I came in. There was no one behind me and the drive thru wasn't overflowing. I was finally assisted but my order took a while. I live a block away. By the time I got home the fries were cold and gross like they gave me the oldleftovers from under the fries area.

The quality of the food has declined significantly. The dishes lack flavor, and the meat is overcooked and dry. It doesn’t matter which Jack in the Box location or what time of day you visit. It's time to step up and invest in better quality ingredients.

I had an amazing time at this Jack in the Box! If you happen to get Francisco at the drive-thru, get ready for a good laugh. He's juggling multiple locations and works incredibly hard, but he still manages to keep things fun during his long shifts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
