Pizza Hut Express - Kyle

Appetizers, pizzas and desserts are tasty and delicious. Pizza Hut in Kyle is outstanding. The Manager Ryan and his whole staff do an amazing job. They are polite, knowledgeable with stellar customer service. Thank you so much for making Pizza Hut in Kyle such an awesome place to order food from. Know that you are an excellent place, delivering delicious food, great value and cordial customer service.

When our order arrived this evening the driver noticed the wings container had come open and sauce had gotten all over everything else. He said he would go back to the store and have them remake the whole order. He came back abt 30 mins later with just the wings and said someone else would bring the rest. We called the store. They were still working on the pasta and dessert but wanted to get the wings to us while hot. ?????? It's for the SAME MEAL. Why wasn't it all delivered at once? Now the wings get cold while waiting on the rest of the meal. UNACCEPTABLE

Food tasted gross, even when you say contactless delivery, delivery drivers will knock at your door for seven minutes straight hoping for a tip and when you tell them to leave pizza and not open door they go back and Manager allows them to tip themselves from the app or website online order. managers have to close out the drawer so who is authorizing the tips I did not sign for nor select online? This has happened twice, not happening a third. Customer Service is horrible, personally I think its the management after all they hire and set morale of establishment during day to day business interactions.

I 'm so disappointed in my order.... I NEVER order Pizza Hut but the one time that I do... My order was burnt! Pizza and Cheese Sticks! The only thing that tasted good to me was my Pepsi they brought me. Handed my 4 year old son his plate and his response was what kind of pizza is this?! ??‍ I sure won 't be ordering Pizza Hut ever again.

Last time I ordered cheese sticks I got bread sticks. This time the bottle of soda was almost warm. I always pick contactless and put a message in the delivery notes that they don't need to wait. About 50% of the time they stand right at the door, some even hand me the food. What's the point in picking contactless if they are handing it right to me? I really just want them to put the pizza down and leave. Sometimes I'm busy at my computer and cannot answer the door right away. That's why I say it's fine to leave it. Pizza is really just okay. It wouldn't be my first choice, but it's okay.
