Tumi Hostel - Kumasi

I had a wonderful experience at this newly opened hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home immediately. The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring the best mattress I've encountered in Ghana. Breakfast was fantastic, with freshly baked bread, smoothies, and much more. I highly recommend this hostel!

This is undoubtedly the best hostel we encountered during our journey through Ghana. The beautiful garden provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while the rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! They offer a delicious breakfast, which includes egg muffins, banana pancakes, and homemade bread, all included in the very reasonable price. In the evenings, you can join the hostel's dinner featuring a daily local dish. Since the hostel is part of the Tumi Women Empowerment Project, it is primarily run by women, and you can purchase lovely handcrafted items and clothing on-site. This is definitely the best place to stay in Kumasi!

The atmosphere is warm and spotless. The staff is delightful, and the food is outstanding. We felt completely at home during our visit.

Amazing little hostel, quite centrally located in Kumasi. All earnings go to their women empowerment project... Everything is very tastefully decorated and they sell a lot of handsewn items. Fantastic place to stay. The women who work there were just so friendly and helpful. The communal breakfast was a nice opportunity to meet people. The place just felt so friendly. You can walk to kumasi mall from there and they had a lovely shop in the hostel itself selling goods made by the women involved in the Women's Empowerment project. You can meet some of the caftswomen and visit the sewing workshop if you wish
