They condescendingly say that you should have studied the website better. For 1.5 hours, the kids were led around the building, where they were told about the workings of different machines. Or be prepared for a long wait in line at the field kitchen on weekends - we stood in line for 40 minutes, even though there weren't many people. Only 5-7 people were ahead of us.
