Noisy place. Nothing to dampen the noise level of people talking on their table, not even a table cloth or table mat or carpet, even the low ceiling reflects noise. Some plants around will help. Bad dull brown decor, horrible black dresses for stewards chefs cooks. Bad lighting. Tubelight from fridges hitting the eyes. Food Quality is fairly good. Although. Roast Pork ribs weren't roasted but cooked with sauces ! Green tea and Prawns appreciated.

Great food, very good service. We had the salmon maki, crispy chicken, dim sum and Thai curry. Everything was delicious. We were a party of 8 and Pragati took very good care of us. It’s a little expensive but must visit if you love Asian cuisine.

The ambiance and decor of this restaurant are absolutely stunning. The food is delicious, although it is a bit pricey. The service is great, and it would make a perfect spot for a date. Overall, a really nice experience with good food and service.

I have visited this restaurant several times and always enjoy the atmosphere. During my last visit, we were welcomed with a drink and papad. We usually order the peas pulao and chicken tikka masala, both of which are delicious here. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I recently visited Saffron for the first time and was impressed by the beautiful ambiance and interiors of the restaurant. The softly lit atmosphere, along with the aromatic candles, created a soothing charm. The staff was very friendly, polite, and attentive, offering us a complimentary welcome drink and snack. We decided to try their Kolkata mutton biriyani and butter chicken masala. The biryani was full of flavor, with perfectly balanced spices and tender pieces of mutton. The portion size was generous, enough for two people, and included two large pieces of mutton, potato, and an egg. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious, with a smooth and flavorful gravy. While the prices were a bit high, considering it is The Park hotel, the quantity and quality of the food, as well as the benefits of using Zomato Gold, made it worth it. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience and I highly recommend Saffron.
