Northshore Brasserie - Knoxville

The food at this restaurant is amazing with beautiful presentation. The ambiance is warm and inviting with healthy and vegetarian options available. The staff is excellent. I visited on a Friday night and had a fantastic experience. The seafood pasta special was delicious, with perfectly cooked shrimp and scallops. I also tried a vegetable sauté with almondine sauce, which was not on the menu but they kindly prepared for me. Their wine selection was impressive and the desserts, creme brûlée and strawberry lemon cake, were outstanding.

"The food is excellent and the restaurant is always busy. It is more expensive than typical chain restaurants, so be prepared to spend a little more. It's a good idea to make a reservation in advance."

The Brasserie serves up some delicious fare I can only review the lunch buffet since I haven't gotten the chance to order from the menu yet.
