Mugg Bean - Klerksdorp

I had a wonderful experience at Mugg and Bean in Matlosana Mall. The food met all expectations, and the service was prompt. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our waiter, Brilliant, was very friendly and attentive. Overall, the service was exceptional. Thank you!

Hello, I visited Mugg and Bean at Matlosana Mall today. We were seated at table 28 by a waiter, but after a while, another server named Brilliant came to take our order. Our food was delivered by a different waiter, and then Brilliant disappeared. That was the last we saw any waiter. Our order was placed at 11:10, and we finished before noon, but we were left waiting for our bill. We noticed Brilliant come in with KFC and head straight to the back of the restaurant. We asked another waiter for our bill, but to no avail. Ultimately, we managed to get a manager who printed our bill. She left it on a random table without any explanation and didn’t wait for us to pay; she just walked away. So we left cash on the table and left. The service was incredibly disappointing, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

The food was delightful, and our waiter, Fifi, provided excellent service and offered wonderful recommendations.

Friendly staff and the coffee were very good. I will recommend it to anyone.

Service was great and so was the food. Generous portions of food and friendly staff. What more do you want from a restaurant?
