Domino's Pizza - Kingston upon Thames

I had a terrible experience with the customer service over the phone at this restaurant. When I called and asked what the cheapest item was, the worker on the line replied rudely with a dismissive "What?". When I repeated my question, they once again responded rudely with "What?!". To top it off, I received a very rude statement from them, saying "I have your number, I will give it to the police". I was taken aback by this level of unprofessionalism and would not recommend using this restaurant.

I complained about an undercooked pizza that made me very sick and had to see a doctor. I spoke to a very rude woman this morning about getting a refund. I will never order from this restaurant again.

We had an amazing pizza at this restaurant. It was delivered quickly and always arrived hot. The delivery drivers were friendly as well. Thank you for a great experience!

I don't know why I do it to myself. My girlfriend loves domino's pizza Now the Kingston branch is very poor And very slow. The staff are rude when you ask them where is my pizza. Normally delivery will take over 1 hour even when it's not busy. Last time it took about and hour 25 minutes and the pizza wasn't even hot! When I called up he made out its my fault and I was stupid for ordering from them again if I had had problems in the past! So so so rude.

I tried ordering pizza from dominos in Kingston and it took hours to arrive. These guys are just downright unprofessional and will keep on lying and say that driver is on the way for hours. Ordered at 630pm and pizza didn't arrive till 815. From 730 they kept saying that driver is on the way. Never order unless you want to eat cold pizza after hours!
