Royal Pizza

I recently dined at this restaurant and was very disappointed. The garlic bread was dry and tough, requiring us to add our own butter, and we still couldn't finish it. The pepperoni pizza was undercooked and the overall flavor of the meal was awful. It was a total waste of £15.

This was our first time ordering from this restaurant on the evening of January 1st, which was probably the busiest evening of the year. It took 2 hours for our food to arrive, but we expected a long wait. Once our food arrived, we were not disappointed. The pizzas, burger, and kebab were absolutely outstanding - the best pizza we've had in a long time. We will definitely order from here again. 10/10.

After working eight consecutive 16-hour shifts, I decided to order takeout at 12:05 am. However, the delivery driver arrived at 11:45 pm and aggressively knocked on my door for 15 minutes on a busy street. When I got home at midnight, just 5 minutes before my pizza was supposed to arrive, the driver verbally harassed me. I explained that my order was for 12:05, but he insisted that the restaurant had stopped serving at 11:30. Despite my efforts to reason with him, he became increasingly hostile and even attempted to intimidate me by taking off his seatbelt. Eventually, he got out of his car and started a physical altercation with me. Luckily, there were police nearby handling another situation. After working 62 hours in the past week, all I wanted was a decent meal before my next shift in 6 hours. This experience showed me that this restaurant does not have the appropriate delivery staff. I strongly recommend against using their services.

When the delivery arrived, we found that the pizzas were not up to par. We ordered three pizzas, but none of us enjoyed our meals and ended up throwing the leftovers away instead of saving them for later. It was a disappointing experience, and we have decided not to return to Royal. There are better dining options on the same road.
