The Cheesecake Factory

Second time going here, and it's even better than the last! Food was absolutely amazing, and the serive was spot and exceptional. Very fast to get seated, and apps/food came out very quickly. The server was very friendly too, and I would definitely come here again. Also, the coconut cheesecake was the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. This place keeps getting better each time I go!

I’m going to make it simple. Arrived 30mins to our reservation around 6:30. Our reservation was at 7pm for a party of 8 adults 1 toddler. Line to check in was ridiculous. Hostess informed us that their text messenger was down, have everyone a pager. We received one. Was also informed that it would be about 10 minutes until we would get paged. 30mins later asked the hostess again and they said they forgot!!!!!!! Pushed us to the front of the line. Waited another 14mins to get another host to show us our seats. 2 Waitress were confused as to how they were going to split the seating and bills since we were a party of 3 separate families. Wow!!! No biggie whatever works for them right?!?!? Service was VERY, VERY, VERY SLOW!!!!!!!!!!! Our waitress was nice but could not attend to us better than our friend’s waitress. Menu from what I remember from 16yrs ago seemed to have grown more and the menu is overwhelming. Lots of great selections. Food was good but what I ordered was salty but better than under seasoned. Cocktails were delicious. Prices for the food is about what I expected and it was worth it. Our friends stated their food was delicious so it’s great!!!! Dessert was delicious as to be expected. Cleanliness was good. Overall I would recommend this place and if you’re a cheesecake lover then this is the place to be!!!

Fountain drinks did not taste good. Water, coke, hot chocolate were all misses. The spinach and artichoke dip was average. Samosas were delicious! Did not expect it on their menu but was pleasantly surprised after trying it. Will order again. The Raspberry Cheesecake with the chocolate was heavenly. Definitely a great blend of flavors and well-constructed. Will try more flavors. Service was great. Timing of food coming out was great.

First time here and the big menu surprised me! They have more than just cheesecake. We had fish and chips and shared a cake between two people since the portion is huge. Definitely will come again.

We arrived at 3 PM, thinking it was a good time to dine. We were mistaken. The service was incredibly slow! It took 15 minutes for our waitress to approach the table and take our drink order, and we waited nearly another 45 minutes for our food. When my platter arrived, the lettuce had soil on it, so I had to send it back for a replate. While the food looked appealing and tasted decent, the overall experience wasn’t worth the visit. Additionally, be cautious when crossing to the sidewalk, as cars zip through the parking lanes.
