They have such nice way to say they dont have much tea but they can make another for other customers but not for us felt racism here for sure and employees were working without name tags too so nobody can mentally their name feels like its their father’s store and they are donating things to us just wow Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could leave 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The lady that was “serving” me was one of the worst people I’ve come across in the fast food industry. My friend ordered her food and then I waited for 5 minutes before my order was taken, but before it was taken I had to ASK for my order to be taken and was given a by this woman before it was taken. Multiple workers walked by me and looked RIGHT AT ME, without saying “I’ll be with you in a moment” or anything along those lines. Once I was finally able to place my order I read it off very fast (I ordered one thing of WEDGES), because I was in a rush. Once it was done (another 5 minutes later) she could clearly tell that I was getting annoyed with the lack of urgency and decided to SLOWLY walk towards me with my order while giggling to herself. So unbelievably rude. She should not be working in customer service.

I would say 75% of the time something is wrong or missing from the order. Breakfast sandwiches are hardly ever hot. We are made to sit at the ordering window while they “check on that” (make the food), meanwhile the lineup is so long. It’s the only Tim Hortons I know where you order and can’t drive up, you have to sit and wait for them to get your order ready. Also 50/50 whether they speak to you or not at the window. This photo is from my breakfast this morning. I have no clue what it is.. I‘m quite sure they would have saw this while bagging my food. They really need to have weekly secret shoppers.
