Wendy's - Kilmarnock

They didn’t have 2/3 of the things that I wanted and the one thing I did order, I didn’t even get.

Every time I go to this location the inside is closed, which is unfortunate because I’m usually pulling a trailer and can’t go through the drive through.

The men's room was kinda messy and no toilet paper..the floors were slippery in dining area..but it's all

No more. Every time I've been there the service was horrible. The people inside don't care, and show it. Last time I was there I decided to eat inside. The employee at the counter was sprawled out on it while doing something with her phone and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. It's painfully obvious why the McDonald's right next door will have 15 cars lined up in the drive through and this Wendy's will have one and maybe two. If the owner doesn't care then why should I?

Shiftwork for hospital employees and ALL of the nursing homes (there is a lot of them) start at 7am. The only other place open before we go to work is McDonald’s and the line is Always wrapped around the building . You should look into opening earlier.
