Hot Head Burritos - Kettering

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Brooke prepared my food perfectly and had a fantastic attitude. I would definitely give her and the overall experience five stars. Stephanie, the manager, was impressive as well; it was clear she was leading her team effectively.

It seems like it was half-spoon day at the restaurant. I ordered a bowl, and it was hardly even a quarter full. My daughter ordered nachos, but I had to loudly repeat "nachos" four times before the server understood what I meant; she just stared at me, looking confused.

My husband requested fresh pan-seared items because the ones in the pan looked brown and soggy. They did prepare fresh ones as we asked, but then they placed them on top of the old ones and served it in my husband's bowl. He is too kind to cause a scene, but this is simply unacceptable. I wish I could share a picture of my husband's bowl to show how he’ll have to throw away the entire top portion.

Food was good, but the manager is very rude to her employees, I felt sorry for them.

GROSS DONT EAT HERE. go down the street and try Twist instead!! Better prices, better portions and better proteins! ...and no cheesy commercials
